.....for our upstairs neighbors that is. Last night around 12 or 1am, fiance and I were snuggled up in our beds, when we heard the upstairs neighbors' bed shaking and thudding violently. Their bedroom is right above ours, and we frequently hear them going at it. Usually we just giggle, or get mildly irritated if we are woken up by it at 3am, which has happened before. However tonight the bed was really being slammed. So we laughed a little as usual, but then it sounded like their was more than 2 people in the room. Okay... Then we heard one guy "finish," but only some of the noise stopped. Then it sounded like there were multiple people in the room. Then almost as quickly as it started, the thumping stopped, and then we heard a whole bunch of people get up and leave the room.
Awkward.
Are they swingers? I don't know. Do they and their friends just get adventures when they're hammered? Possibly. However one thing is for certain - if I see our upstairs neighbors outside or in the hallway, I don't think I will be able to look at them with a straight face.
